What is the reason behind focusing so much on ingredients?

We are passionate about helping you reduce sugar intake by using only natural, unprocessed ingredients. Most everyday foods contain sugars that your body doesn't actually need. At OKONO, our products contain no hidden added sugars, artificial sweeteners, lactose, soy, emulsifiers, or additives. Just clean, wholesome nutrition.

Why do you use erythritol and stevia?

Erythritol and stevia are natural sweeteners with zero calories and carbohydrates. Unlike regular sugar, they provide sweetness without causing energy crashes or cravings. This helps you maintain steady energy throughout the day while enjoying naturally sweetened products.

Are your products vegan?

Our entire range is 100% vegan. Choosing plant-based ingredients fits perfectly with our clean approach and supports better digestion for many people. It also reduces the environmental impact of food production, making it a more sustainable choice for your health and the planet.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, every OKONO product is 100% gluten-free. To guarantee this, we run an official gluten-free test after every production batch in an independent laboratory.

For a product to be labeled gluten-free in the EU, the official standard allows up to 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten. Our results are always below 5 ppm so you can enjoy OKONO products with complete confidence.

Exception: our organic granolai s not gluten-free.

What are net carbs and how do I calculate them?

Net carbs are the carbohydrates your body actually digests and turns into glucose. To calculate net carbs, simply subtract polyols (like erythritol) from the total carbs shown on the label. Net carbs = total carbs - polyols.

I have a complaint about an OKONO product. What should I do?

Please send an email to info@okono.eu, clearly describing your complaint and the product it concerns. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Orders

I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Sometimes it may land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there. If you haven’t received anything within an hour, please contact us at info@okono.eu. We are happy to help.

Can I return my order?

If you’d like to return your order, please contact our support team at info@okono.eu within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include a clear explanation and photo evidence if your order was incorrect or damaged (e.g. you received the wrong product or items arrived broken). Whatever the issue, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I change my order?

If you need to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at info@okono.eu. We’ll do our best to help. Since we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made in time.

Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over €50 in Belgium and the Netherlands. For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that for countries outside of Europe, additional import taxes or customs fees may apply.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days in Belgium and the Netherlands. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times may be longer around those days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

My products arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at info@okono.eu with photos of the damaged items. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

My order hasn’t arrived or seems lost. What can I do?

If your order is missing or hasn’t been delivered, please email us at info@okono.eu with your name and order number. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
