Ingredients

  • 90g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 200g almond flour
  • 40g erythritol
  • pinch of salt
  • 50g OKONO chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Melt the butter.
  • Add almond flour, erythritol, a pinch of salt and egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Afterwards cut in slices and flatten to get round cookies.
  • Place in a 180°c oven for 12 minutes.
  • Melt coconut oil with OKONO chocolate in the microwave.
  • Partially dip your cookies in the chocolate and leave to harden in the fridge.
