Cake with crunchy granola topping

Ingredients:  

  • OKONO organic Nuts & Seeds Granola Cocoa 
  • 100g almond flour
  • 60g hazelnut flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter (at room temperature)
  • 130g cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 50g erythritol
  • 2 teaspoon baking powde
  • cinnamon
  • salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
  • Put the butter, cream cheese, sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  • Then add the eggs one at a time.
  • Now add the almond flour, hazelnut flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter into a cake pan (greased or lined with parchment paper) and top with our organic granola.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  • Let the cake cool completely off.
