- Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
- Put the butter, cream cheese, sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Then add the eggs one at a time.
- Now add the almond flour, hazelnut flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan (greased or lined with parchment paper) and top with our organic granola.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely off.
