Ingredients

  • 150g coconut or almond milk
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 40g chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 25g melted OKONO chocolate
  • Topping: red fruit and OKONO Double Chocolate Keto bar

Instructions

  • Mix the milk with the yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla powder and melted OKONO chocolate.
  • Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours until it becomes a thick porridge.
  • Put some of the chia pudding in a bowl, top with another layer of Greek yogurt, another layer of chia pudding and finish with red fruit.
  • Crumble an OKONO Double Chocolate Energy Bar over your bowl.
