Ingredients

  • 50g almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g butter
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80g natural sweetener
  • 50g OKONO chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Mix the almond flour with the cocoa powder, sweetener and baking powder.
  • Add the melted butter.
  • Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
  • Add the melted chocolate under the mixture.
  • Beat the eggs until fluffy and gently mix under the mixture.
  • Pour your batter into a baking mold with baking paper.
  • Finish with hazelnuts and shredded coconut.
  • Place in a 175°C oven for 30 minutes.
