Chocolate ice popsicle

Made with our creamy Vegan Milky Chocolate, these popsicles are the perfect summer treat. Rich in flavour, free from added sugars and completely plant-based. 

Instructions

  • Melt the Vegan Milky Chocolate with 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds, stir well and heat for another 30 seconds if needed.
  • Mash the avocado and mix in the Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 150g full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 40g OKONO Vegan Milky Chocolate
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
