Chocolate Mousse With a Twist

All you need is a bit of chocolate from time to time to keep you going ... or a lot if you'd ask us. Enjoy a good chocolate mousse during the ketogenic lifestyle with this beautiful recipe that has just that extra twist!

Instructions

  1. Beat 250g mascarpone
  2. Mix 2tbsp cocoa powder, 2tbsp erythritol and 1tsp vanilla powder.
  3. Whip 160ml full cream with 1tbsp erythritol. Now divide 1tbsp of the whipped cream between 2 glasses each.
  4. Fill the glasses with red fruit.
  5. Mix the rest of the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture and then divide over the red fruit in the glasses.
  6. Now melt 25g OKONO chocolate and divide the melted chocolate over the glasses. Leave to harden in the fridge.
  7. Finish off with red fruit and/or chopped nuts of your choice
