Instructions
For about 9-10 small waffles
- Mix 100g almond flour with 20g coconut flour, 30g erythritol (or other sweetener of choice), pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix 60ml almond milk with 4 eggs and a dash of vanilla flavoring.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients and stir well together.
- Gently grease your waffle iron a little and bake your waffles. Let them cool down a bit afterwards.
For 6 large waffles
- Mix 100g almond flour with 20g coconut flour, 30g Steviala crystal sweet cinnamon (or any other sweetener of your choice), 1el cocoa powder, pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix 60ml almond milk with 4 eggs and a dash of vanilla flavouring.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients and stir well together.
- Grease your waffle iron a little and bake your waffles. Let them cool down a little afterwards.
- Serve with erythritol frost, red fruit and chocolate sauce (melt 50g OKONO chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil for this).
