Ingredients

  • OKONO vegan milky chocolate
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 45g erythritol
  • 45g almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 45ml full cream
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Mix the almond flour with the erythritol and cocoa powder.
  • Add in the vanilla powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix well.
  • Add the eggs and whole cream.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Heat your waffle iron and grease it with ghee or coconut oil.
  • Put the batter in the waffle iron and immediately top with pieces of OKONO chocolate.
