Ingredients

  • 230g cream cheese
  • 100ml + 120ml full cream
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 70g erythritol
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • strawberries
  • Cocoa Power granola

Instructions

  • Mix the cream cheese with 100ml cream and vanilla extract until the cream cheese is smooth with no lumps.
  • Add in the erythritol, cocoa powder and the pinch of salt.
  • Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk 120ml cream until whipped, then gently mix it under the other mixture.
  • Put in the fridge for one hour.
  • Serve in glasses and top with strawberries and Cocoa Power granola.
