Ingredients

  • 100 gr mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 ml full cream
  • red fruit of your choice
  • 25 gr OKONO Vegan milky chocolate

Instructions

  • Beat the mascarpone in a bowl.
  • Mix in the stevia and cocoa powder.
  • Whip the cream until stiff.
  • Spread a layer of red fruit over the bottom of the glasses.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone and carefully spoon the mixture over the red fruit.
  • Melt OKONO Vegan milky chocolate au bain-marie and spread the melted chocolate over the mascarpone mixture.
  • Sprinkle another layer of red fruit on top.
  • Let the chocolate set in the fridge before serving.
