Ingredients

  • 200 gram OKONO chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon almond paste
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (e.g. peanut butter)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • handful of finely ground nuts
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil au bain-marie.
  2. Drizzle the nut butter into the silicone molds.
  3. Pour the chocolate over the nut butter.
  4. Grind the nuts and divide among the molds.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  6. Top the bars with additional melted chocolate and drizzle matcha on top for green speckles.
  7. Place in the freezer again for at least 1 hour.
