Easter moelleux

Celebrate Easter with our indulgent Easter moelleux made with our Vegan milky chocolate. This melt-in-your-mouth dessert is rich and creamy. Scroll down to watch the tutorial.  

Instructions

  • Melt the butter, chocolate and coconut milk over very low heat.
  • Add the flour and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
  • Add the erythritol and whisk briefly.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
  • Cut the pear into thin slices and take out shapes.
  • Add the pear as a topping.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Eat it while it is still warm.

Ingredients

  • 60 gram butter
  • 200 gram OKONO Vegan milky chocolate
  • 130 ml coconut milk
  • 50 gram almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pear or fruit of your choice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 80 gram erythritol
