Ingredients

Salad:

  • 200g of red cabbage (chopped finely)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 100g mixed lettuce
  • handful of walnuts (or pecans)
  • handful of olives


Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 OKONO Stone Age Bread

Instructions

  • Bake Stone Age Bread according to the directions.
  • Let cool off completely and cut into small cubes.
  • Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk the dressing in a separate bowl and pour over the salad.
  • Spread the Stone Age Bread cubes over the salad.
