Halloumi Wrapped Sandwiches

Take a look at this crusty and delicious halloumi wrapped sandwiches. This oven baked dish really gives you that crunchy bite while enjoying the smooth melted cheesy halloumi. Try this out for yourself!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  2. Fry your slices of halloumi in a pan until a nice brown crust forms on both sides.
  3. Spread your slices of OKONO bread with jam. We chose sugar-free fruit jam.
  4. Place a slice of halloumi on top and then wrap a shred of serrano ham around your bread.
  5. Place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
