Ketoproof açai bowl

A beautiful yoghurt açai bowl with açai pulp from Holy Berry. A colourful and taste full recipe to start of your day!

Instructions

  1. Allow the packet of Açai pulp to defrost until you can break the Açai pulp into small pieces.
  2. Cut the packet open and pour into a bowl or blender. Add the berries, nut paste and coconut yoghurt and sweeten to taste.
  3. Mix in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth and finish with OKONO granola.

Toppings:

  • Fruits
  • Chopped nuts
  • OKONO grated chocolate
  • Mint leaves

  • The Holy Berry frozen açai pulp
  • 100g (frozen) blueberries
  • Stevia or erythritol (optional)
  • 1 tbsp nut spread
