Ingredients

  • Stone Age Bread
  • 50g salami
  • 50g Italian ham
  • 50g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 10 mozzarella balls
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jar of tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Italian herbs
  • pepper
  • salt
  • basil

Instructions

  • Bake Stone Age Bread according to instructions.
  • Cut the bread into slices.
  • Mix the tomato paste with the olive oil, Italian herbs, pepper and salt.
  • First put tomato sauce on a slice of bread and then a topping of your choice (salami, Italian ham, mozzerella and tomatoes).
  • Bake the toasts for about 10 minutes in the oven at 190°C until the cheese is melted.
  • Top with fresh basil.
