Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon OKONO Pure MCT oil
  • 200g yogurt
  • 120g frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon peeled hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  • Add additional vegetable milk or (coconut) cream to make the smoothie thinner/runnier, according to your preference.
  • Serve ice cold.
