Stuffed Tomatoes

As an appetizer, a delicious oven dish that goes perfectly with the preceding appetizer, stuffed tomatoes with goat cheese.

Instructions

  1. Cut the cap off 4 tomatoes and hollow them out.
  2. Place them in an oven dish and season with salt, pepper and thyme.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 120g goat cheese and 2 tbsp Golden Dream or No Nuts, No Glory granola. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.
  4. Stuff the tomatoes.
  5. Place in a 190°C oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Top to taste with additional granola. Serve warm, mmm!

  • 2 tbsp Golden Dream Granola from OKONO (or No Nuts No Glory)
