Bake your own crunchy, low-carb crackers with our Crackermix (300g). A wholesome mix of seeds that’s incredibly easy to prepare. Just add water, spread on a tray and pop it in the oven. The result? Golden, nutty crackers that are full of flavor. Perfect with a dip, a spread, or just as they are.

Bake your own crackers in 6 easy steps.
Mix all ingredients.
Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly over the complete baking tray.
Bake for 45 minutes at 170°C in a preheated oven.
Take out of the oven and cut into pieces with a pizza cutter.
Allow to bake for 20-30 minutes more.
Cool off and turn around to remove baking paper.
Tips & tricks:
Use a dough scraper instead of a spatula to spread the mixture.
Outer crackers may be thinner than the middle crackers. Remove the outer crackers from the baking paper earlier and allow the middle crackers to continue baking.
The thinner the mixture is spread out, the crunchier the cracker.
Each oven is different. Check if the crackers are fully baked and crunchy enough before removing the crackers from the oven. If necessary, extend baking time by a few minutes.
Crackers can be kept for up to 3 weeks. Store them in a well-sealed box to keep them crunchy.

How do you recommend storing the crackers to maintain its freshness and crispness over time?
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
Can I freeze the crackers?
In order to keep it crunchy we do not recommend storing the crackers in the freezer. When a cracker is frozen, ice crystals form inside. After defrosting, the water from the ice stays in the cracker making it soft and soggy instead of crunchy.
Is your mix gluten free?
All of our products are free of gluten, soy, lactose, added sugars and additives.
Do you recommend using baking paper?
Using a baking sheet is essential to prevent the mixture from sticking.
