    What is the recommended daily serving?

    We recommend a portion of 30g of granola per day.

    Does your granola contain gluten?

    All of our products are free of gluten, soy, lactose and additives.

    How do you ensure it remains low in carbs while still being flavorful?

    To keep our granola low in carbs, we leave out high-carb ingredients like oats. Instead, we use healthy fats like coconut oil for lasting satiety and natural sweeteners that have no impact on your blood sugar levels.

    Does your granola contain a lot of sugar?

    We do not add any sugar or hidden sugars to our granola. We only use Erythritol, a natural sweetener that has no impact on your blood sugar levels. Depending on the flavor, our granola contains a maximum of 3g sugar per 100g granola. The small amount of sugar comes from ingredients like nuts, seeds and coconut. We let real food do the talking without adding anything unnecessary.
