Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan at low heat.
- Add the OKONO granola and egg white and mix well.
- Divide the mixture between the molds.
- Press it down well with the rounded side of a spoon.
- Put the cake in a 170°C oven for 15 minutes (until it looks golden brown).
- Let cool off completely.
- Fill your tarts with Greek yogurt.
- Finish with fresh fruit and melted OKONO Dark chocolate buttons.
