Ingredients:
- OKONO Crackermix
- 150g feta cheese
- 60g mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Put the feta cheese, seeds and paprika powder in a blender.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil, blend until smooth.
- Taste and add extra olive oil if necessary for a smoother texture.
- Serve with some parsley.
Dip #2
Ingredients:
- OKONO Crackermix
- ½ cucumber
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese or mascarpone
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with additional lime juice if desired.
