Ingredients:

  • OKONO Crackermix
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 60g mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • fresh parsley

Instructions:

  • Put the feta cheese, seeds and paprika powder in a blender.
  • Add lemon juice and olive oil, blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add extra olive oil if necessary for a smoother texture.
  • Serve with some parsley.

Dip #2

Ingredients:

  • OKONO Crackermix
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately, drizzled with additional lime juice if desired.
