Homemade crackers topped with avocado mash and grilled halloumi. Perfect for lunch or apero. Scroll down for the instructions and tutorial.
- Prepare the OKONO crackers according to the instructions.
- Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh.
- Mash it coarsely in a bowl, add lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the halloumi and grill until both sides are golden brown.
- Spread the avocado on a cracker, top with the halloumi, and finish with finely chopped parsley.
