Crackers with grilled halloumi

Homemade crackers topped with avocado mash and grilled halloumi. Perfect for lunch or apero. Scroll down for the instructions and tutorial.

Ingredients: 

  • OKONO Crackermix
  • 1 avocado 
  • 125g halloumi
  • 1/2 lime
  • salt and pepper 
  • parsley

Instructions:

  • Prepare the OKONO crackers according to the instructions.
  • Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the flesh.
  • Mash it coarsely in a bowl, add lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice the halloumi and grill until both sides are golden brown.
  • Spread the avocado on a cracker, top with the halloumi, and finish with finely chopped parsley.
