Ingredients

  • 1 can of water-based tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (sugar-free, preferably made with avocado oil)
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 small pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped herbs (parsley, dill)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pepper and salt
  • OKONO Crackermix

Instructions

  • Make the OKONO Crackermix according to the preparation instructions.
  • Drain the tuna well and put it in a bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
  • Add the chopped pickle, herbs and garlic powder.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Stir everything well until smooth.
  • Top the crackers with the tuna salad.
