Ingredients

  • Crackermix
  • 500g zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the zucchini.
  • Cook the zucchini until soft (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Place the cooked zucchini, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a food processor.
  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the hummus and adjust the spices to taste.
  • Serve the hummus with the OKONO crackers.
