Ingredients

  • 120 g nut butter
  • 60 g pumpkin puree
  • 45 ml maple syrup (optional, you can also sweeten with stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g coconut flour or 75 g almond flour
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 85 g OKONO Chocolate Buttons
  • 80 g OKONO Chocolate Buttons for melting + 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the nut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and vanilla to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Mix in the coconut flour (or almond flour), pumpkin spice and salt until a firm dough forms.
  3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Melt the OKONO Chocolate Buttons with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals (stirring in between).
  5. Roll into small balls. Dip them in the melted chocolate. Let set in the refrigerator.
