Almond chocolate cookies

Biscuits au chocolat et aux amandes

Ces délicieux biscuits sans gluten fondent dans la bouche.

Instructions

  • Melt the butter.
  • Add almond flour, erythritol, a pinch of salt and egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Afterwards cut in slices and flatten to get round cookies.
  • Place in a 180°c oven for 12 minutes.
  • Melt coconut oil with OKONO chocolate in the microwave.
  • Partially dip your cookies in the chocolate and leave to harden in the fridge.

Ingrédients

  • 90 g de beurre
  • 1 œuf
  • 200 g de farine d'amandes
  • 40 g d'érythritol
  • une pincée de sel
  • 50 g de chocolat OKONO
  • 1 cuillère à café d'huile de coco
