Instructions
- Break the hard tip of the asparagus and cook them until tender.
- Afterwards, quench them in cold water.
- Make your salad: crispy lettuce hearts, asparagus, halved radishes.
- Make your dressing: 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon Pure MCT oil, 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, pepper, salt and basil.
- Put the dressing in a blender and mix well.
- Top your salad with the dressing.
- Top with feta cheese and seeds, kernels, nuts of your choice.
