Instructions
- Heat ghee or coconut oil in a saucepan.
- Sauté 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 bell pepper (roughly chopped) and 1 broccoli (roughly chopped, including stem).
- Add the water, vegetable stock and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil and continue cooking on low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make Stone Age Bread according to the instructions.
- Cut the bread into croutons.
- Puree the soup smooth.
- Add coconut milk to the soup.
- Top with the croutons and sprouts.
