Pouding au chia

Recette super facile pour un petit-déjeuner ou un déjeuner savoureux.

Instructions

  • Mix the milk with the yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla powder and melted OKONO chocolate.
  • Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours until it becomes a thick porridge.
  • Put some of the chia pudding in a bowl, top with another layer of Greek yogurt, another layer of chia pudding and finish with red fruit.
  • Crumble an OKONO Double Chocolate Energy Bar over your bowl.

Ingrédients

  • 150 g de lait de coco ou d'amande
  • 100 g de yaourt grec
  • 40 g de graines de chia
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de poudre de vanille
  • 25 g de chocolat OKONO fondu
  • Garniture : fruits rouges et barre double chocolat Keto OKONO
