Instructions
- Beat the mascarpone in a bowl.
- Mix in the stevia and cocoa powder.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Spread a layer of red fruit over the bottom of the glasses.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone and carefully spoon the mixture over the red fruit.
- Melt OKONO Vegan milky chocolate au bain-marie and spread the melted chocolate over the mascarpone mixture.
- Sprinkle another layer of red fruit on top.
- Let the chocolate set in the fridge before serving.
