Shakshuka avec du pain de l'âge de pierre

Plat parfait pour toutes les occasions.

Instructions

  • Chop the peppers, mushrooms, garlic and red onion.
  • Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan.
  • Add the garlic and onion. Fry them until they are soft.
  • Add the bell peppers and mushrooms.
  • Now add the diced tomatoes, along with the fresh parsley (finely chopped), cumin powder, oregano and paprika powder.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Let simmer on low heat.
  • Make four “holes” and break an egg into each.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook the eggs until almost set (about 4 minutes).
  • Top with parsley and some crumbled goat or feta cheese.
  • Serve with Stone Age Bread.

  • Pain de l'âge de pierre
  • 1 poivron rouge
  • 1 poivron jaune
  • 1 poivron vert
  • 200 g de champignons
  • 2 gousses d'ail
  • 1/2 oignon rouge
  • 1 cuillère à soupe de ghee ou d'huile de coco
  • 400 g de tomates en dés
  • poudre de cumin
  • origan
  • poudre de paprika
  • persil frais
  • 4 œufs
