Instructions
- Bake OKONO crackers according to the instruction.
- Make your guacamole: crush 1 avocado and mix with juice of 1/2 lime, pepper, salt and 1 chopped red onion.
- Roast cherry tomatoes in a 190°C oven for at least 20 minutes.
- Top your toast with guacamole, crumble the cheese and top with the puffed tomatoes.
