Chia pudding

Makkelijk recept voor een smakelijk ontbijt of lunch.

Instructies

  • Mix the milk with the yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla powder and melted OKONO chocolate.
  • Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours until it becomes a thick porridge.
  • Put some of the chia pudding in a bowl, top with another layer of Greek yogurt, another layer of chia pudding and finish with red fruit.
  • Crumble an OKONO Double Chocolate Energy Bar over your bowl.

Ingrediënten

  • 150ml kokos- of amandelmelk
  • 100g Griekse yoghurt
  • 40g chiazaad
  • 1/2 theelepel vanillepoeder
  • 25g gesmolten OKONO chocolade
  • Topping: rood fruit en OKONO Double Chocolate Energy Bar
