We all know that food influences our long-term health and day-to-day vitality. A couple of years ago, we embraced the Ketogenic lifestyle and realized it was not always easy or convenient to find the right products without compromising on taste.
Our founder, Luka Bresseel, got inspired by his father and decided to take matters into his own hands and make his own keto lifestyle more convenient. His goal? Being able to enjoy tasty healthy food that are 100% keto friendly with zero impact on the blood sugar level.

We are very passionate about helping people to reduce their sugar intake. You do not need to live a keto lifestyle to understand that we poison our body and mind with too much sugar and processed foods.
We are super transparent in the use of clean and non-processed ingredients of high quality. All our products are free from hidden added sugars or artificial sweeteners and free from gluten, lactose, soy, emulsifiers and additives.
We use the sweeteners Erythritol and Stevia, natural zero-calorie and zero-carb sugar substitutes with no glycemic effect, and that does not kick you out of ketosis. And yes, we are totally vegan as well.
Last, we believe in artisanal craftsmanship. All of our products are handmade with love.
