Chocolade ijsjes

Gemaakt met onze romige Vegan Milky Chocolate. Rijk van smaak, vrij van toegevoegde suikers en volledig plantaardig.

Instructies

  • Melt the Vegan Milky Chocolate with 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave. Start with 30 seconds, stir well and heat for another 30 seconds if needed.
  • Mash the avocado and mix in the Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Ingrediënten

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 150 g volle Griekse yoghurt
  • 40 g OKONO Vegan Milky Chocolate
  • 1/2 eetlepel kokosolie
  • 1/2 theelepel vanille-extract
  • snufje zout
