Chocolademousse

Verwen jezelf met deze chocolade mousse.

Instructies

  • Mix the cream cheese with 100ml cream and vanilla extract until the cream cheese is smooth with no lumps.
  • Add in the erythritol, cocoa powder and the pinch of salt.
  • Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk 120ml cream until whipped, then gently mix it under the other mixture.
  • Put in the fridge for one hour.
  • Serve in glasses and top with strawberries and Cocoa Power granola.

  • 100ml + 120ml volle room
  • 3 theelepels vanille-extract
  • 70g erythritol
  • 15g cacaopoeder
  • snufje zout
  • aardbeien
