Instructies
- Mix the cream cheese with 100ml cream and vanilla extract until the cream cheese is smooth with no lumps.
- Add in the erythritol, cocoa powder and the pinch of salt.
- Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk 120ml cream until whipped, then gently mix it under the other mixture.
- Put in the fridge for one hour.
- Serve in glasses and top with strawberries and Cocoa Power granola.
