Our Crackermix (300g) is a mix full of seeds. Create endless flavor variations by adding spices. Super easy to bake and always crunchy!

Bake your own crackers in 6 easy steps.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly over the complete baking tray.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven.
- Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter.
- Allow to bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool off and turn around to remove baking paper.
Tips & tricks:
- Use a dough scraper instead of a spatula to spread the mixture.
- Outer crackers may be thinner than the middle crackers. Remove the outer crackers from the baking sheet earlier and allow the middle crackers to continue baking.
- The thinner the mixture is spread out, the crispier the cracker.
- Each oven is different. Check if the crackers are fully baked and crispy enough before removing the crackers from the oven. If necessary, extend baking time by a few minutes.
- Crackers can be kept for up to 3 weeks. Store them in a well-sealed box to keep them crispy.

How do you recommend storing the crackers to maintain its freshness and crispness over time?
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
Can I freeze the crackers?
In order to keep it crunchy and crispy we do not recommend storing the crackers in the freezer. When a cracker is frozen, ice crystals are formed inside of it. Upon thawing, instead of the crystals evaporating, that water absorbs into the cracker, making it soft and soggy.
Do I need to use a baking sheet?
Using a baking sheet is a must. Placing the mixture on a baking sheet prevents sticking.
