Breakfast blondie

Start the day off right with our delicious and healthy blondies
  • INGRÉDIENTS

    • 2 eggs
    • 115ml coconut milk
    • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 30g erithrytol
    • 90g coconut flour
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 50g OKONO white chocolate
    • 50g OKONO milky chocolate
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    • Beat 2 eggs.
    • Add coconut milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract.
    • Now also add erithrytol along with coconut flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
    • Mix well.
    • Cut chocolate into small pieces and mix under the dough.
    • Pour batter into a baking mold with baking paper.
    • The dough is quite dry. Wet your hands a little and press well.
    • Place in a 175 degree oven for 20 minutes.
