Baking instructions

Ingredients: 300ml water, 1 teaspoon salt, baking tray with baking paper.     

  1. Mix all ingredients.  

  2. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly over the complete baking tray.

  3. Bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees in a preheated oven. 

  4. Cut into pieces with a pizza cutter.  

  5. Allow to bake for 30 minutes. 

  6. Cool off and turn around to remove baking paper.  

Tips & tricks

  1. Use a dough scraper instead of a spatula to spread the mixture. 

  2. Outer crackers may be thinner than the middle crackers. Remove the outer crackers from the baking sheet earlier and allow the middle crackers to continue baking.
  3. The thinner the mixture is spread out, the crispier the cracker.  
  4. Each oven is different. Check if the crackers are fully baked and crispy enough before removing the crackers from the oven. If necessary, extend baking time by a few minutes.

  5. Crackers can be kept for up to 3 weeks. Store them in a well-sealed box to keep them crispy.
