Bake OKONO Stone Age Bread in 4 easy steps.
- Beat 4 eggs and add a pinch of salt.
- Add the breadmix and 50ml of extra virgin olive oil. Add herbs as you please.
- Grease the baking mold or use baking paper. Put the mixture in a 20 x 10 cm rectangle baking mold.
- Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius.
Vegan friendly: add 150ml of water to the breadmix, use a vork to crunch the broken flaxseeds and wait for 5 minutes.
Storage tip: cut the bread in slices and store the bread in the freezer.
