Crackers with homemade guacamole

Guacamole pairs perfectly with our delicious gluten free crackers.
  • INGREDIENTS

    • OKONO Crackermix
    • feta cheese
    • cherry tomatoes
    • sesame seed mix
    • avocado
    • 1 red onion
    • 1/2 lime
    • pepper and salt
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    • Bake OKONO crackers according to the instruction.
    • Make your guacamole: crush 1 avocado and mix with juice of 1/2 lime, pepper, salt and 1 chopped red onion.
    • Roast cherry tomatoes in a 190°C oven for at least 20 minutes.
    • Top your toast with guacamole, crumble the cheese and top with the puffed tomatoes.
