Omelette sandwich

Quick and easy omelette sandwich for breakfast or lunch.
  • INGREDIENTS

    • 2 eggs
    • topping: brie, turkey breast, pickle, tomato
    • OKONO Stone Age Bread
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    • Make OKONO Stone Age Bread according to the preparation instructions.
    • Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of butter or oil. Make sure the entire pan is lightly greased.
    • Pour the egg mixture into the pan, making sure it is evenly distributed.
    • Cut two slices of bread.
    • Place the bread slices directly on the still liquid egg, pressing lightly so they make good contact. Let the omelet cook until the bottom begins to set and is light golden brown.
    • Use a spatula to flip the whole bread omelet.
    • Top the bread slices with the toppings.
    • Fold the omelet over the bread slices so that everything is neatly in a “package.”
