Giant Chocolate Cookie Recipe - OKONO Keto recipeIngredients

  • 100g Almond flour
  • 40g ery bronze (steviala)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, baking powder & xanthan gum
  • 70g butter, 1 egg
  • 50g OKONO chocolate
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix 100g almond flour with 40g Ery Bronze (Steviala), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum and a pinch of salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix 70g melted butter with 1 egg.
  3. Put everything together and knead until you have a nice dough.
  4. Then put the dough in your baking pan and place some OKONO chocolate pieces inside and on top.
  5. Place in a 175°C oven for 30 minutes.
  6. You can serve it with some extra melted chocolate (and possibly a scoop of sugar free ice cream mmmmm).
