Ketoproof açai bowl

Açai bowl - OKONO and Holy BerryIngredients:

  • OKONO granola - choose your favourite
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • The Holy Berry frozen açai pulp
  • 100g (frozen) blueberries
  • Stevia or erythritol (optional)
  • 1 tbsp nut spread

Toppings:

  • Fruits
  • Chopped nuts
  • OKONO grated chocolate
  • Mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Allow the packet of Açai pulp to defrost until you can break the Açai pulp into small pieces.
  2. Cut the packet open and pour into a bowl or blender. Add the berries, nut paste and coconut yoghurt and sweeten to taste.
  3. Mix in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth and finish with OKONO granola.
