Ketoproof açai bowl
- OKONO granola - choose your favourite
- Coconut yoghurt
- The Holy Berry frozen açai pulp
- 100g (frozen) blueberries
- Stevia or erythritol (optional)
- 1 tbsp nut spread
- Chopped nuts
- OKONO grated chocolate
- Mint leaves
- Allow the packet of Açai pulp to defrost until you can break the Açai pulp into small pieces.
- Cut the packet open and pour into a bowl or blender. Add the berries, nut paste and coconut yoghurt and sweeten to taste.
- Mix in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth and finish with OKONO granola.
