Almond chocolate cookies
These delicous gluten-free cookies melt in your mouth.

INGREDIENTS
- 90g butter
- 1 egg
- 200g almond flour
- 40g erythritol
- pinch of salt
- 50g OKONO chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter.
- Add almond flour, erythritol, a pinch of salt and egg.
- Mix well.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Afterwards cut in slices and flatten to get round cookies.
- Place in a 180°c oven for 12 minutes.
- Melt coconut oil with OKONO chocolate in the microwave.
- Partially dip your cookies in the chocolate and leave to harden in the fridge.
