INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 200g of red cabbage (chopped finely)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 100g mixed lettuce
- handful of walnuts (or pecans)
- handful of olives
Dressing:- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 OKONO Stone Age Bread

INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake Stone Age Bread according to the directions.
- Let cool off completely and cut into small cubes.
- Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk the dressing in a separate bowl and pour over the salad.
- Spread the Stone Age Bread cubes over the salad.
