Asparagus salad

This asparagus salad recipe is a perfect side dish.
  • INGREDIENTS

    • asparagus
    • radish
    • olive oil
    • Pure MCT oil
    • pepper
    • salt
    • basil
    • lettuce
    • apple cider vinegar
    • feta cheese
    • nuts, kernels, seeds of your choice
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    • Break the hard tip of the asparagus and cook them until tender.
    • Afterwards, quench them in cold water.
    • Make your salad: crispy lettuce hearts, asparagus, halved radishes.
    • Make your dressing: 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon Pure MCT oil, 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, pepper, salt and basil.
    • Put the dressing in a blender and mix well.
    • Top your salad with the dressing.
    • Top with feta cheese and seeds, kernels, nuts of your choice.
