  • OKONO granola
  • 100ml Coconut cream 
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 2 tbsp chip seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 100 ml vegetal milk
  • 1 tbsp collagen 
  • a few drops of Stevia Drops
  • red fruit
  • mint


  1. Put 150g frozen red fruit in the blender. Add 100ml coconut cream (full fat), half an avocado, 2 tbsp chip seeds, 1 tbsp hemp seed, 100ml vegetable milk, 1 tbsp collagen (or protein powder).
  2. Add a few drops of Stevia Drops with vanilla flavor if you want extra sweetness.
  3. Just blend and finish with OKONO granola of your choice, red fruit, mint,... Anything you like!
